On-site Agile training
We offer onsite Agile training centred on your people and your business. Run by experienced Agile practitioners, the workshops help you move to a collaborative hack culture that delivers business value faster.
We cover the core Agile knowledge base – and much more. Our focus throughout is on shifting the team culture, getting people to change the way they think as well as the tasks they do. In fact, clients tell us that after our training, they see team members starting to self-diagnose problems and find effective solutions in ways that just hadn’t happened before.

Further learning for people supporting software teams and who want to become effective in the Scrum Master role.
Further learning to enable managers and others responsible for the success of software products to take on the Scrum Product Owner role.

What makes our Agile workshops so effective?
Clearscape Agile training works because it’s tailored to your needs and emphasises what’s most useful to you.
This means that:
- The content is appropriate for the level of experience within your team.
- Participants work through topics using problems relevant to them, rather than spending time on generic classroom activities.
- Role discussions talk about how the strictly-defined Scrum roles could fit into your own particular work environment.
Importantly, when you run one of our courses on site, team members learn alongside each other. This strengthens collaboration and speeds up the transition to the new way of working. Everyone is on the same page, sees the benefits, and is ready to change. Immediately, you see people applying what they’ve learnt to their current project work.
After the training, we give you electronic copies of course material plus photos and videos taken during the session. You’re free to use these to spread the word within your organisation.
Number of participants: 15-25 is ideal. If you need to include more, let’s discuss it. We’ll figure out a way to accommodate everyone.
Training facilities: You’ll need to provide a room big enough to fit 3 –to 5 workgroups. Each group will need table space to create card models, and wall space to post their results. We’ll also need a way to project slides and videos so everyone can see.
Planning and follow up: Your support is vital in making the training effective. So we can tailor the course, allow for 2- 4 hours on conference calls working through the details. Even better, ask us to run a Reflective workshop where we’ll get an insight into the people involved and the aspirations they have in terms of training.
We’ll also want to follow up 2 – 4 weeks after the course to review the impact of the training.
